Responsibilities

• Oversee daily counter operations and staff scheduling
• Train coach and mentor sales consultants
• Drive sales and meet performance and KPI targets
• Deliver excellent customer service and clienteling
• Maintain visual merchandising and product presentation
• Manage inventory and stock replenishment
• Handle customer issues and ensure brand standards are upheld

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of management or supervisory experience
• Proven retail beauty or cosmetics sales experience
• Strong leadership and coaching skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work retail hours including weekends
