Summary

As Outlet Sales Leader, you will lead a high-energy sales team at the Irvine Outlet to deliver elevated customer experiences while driving revenue and margin goals. You will coach and motivate team members, implement sales strategies, and maintain brand and merchandising standards. This role partners with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination of sales, operations, and customer service initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales performance by setting goals, monitoring KPIs, and implementing strategies to exceed revenue and margin targets
• Train and develop team members in product knowledge, selling techniques, and company policies
• Manage ticketing, price changes, and scheduled markdowns in alignment with company standards
• Build and maintain client outreach lists to drive repeat business and foster customer relationships
• Maintain elevated brand and visual merchandising standards across the sales floor
• Partner with cross-functional teams to coordinate sales, operations, and customer service efforts
• Ensure operational excellence including safety, inventory control, and store presentation

Requirements

• 2+ years of leadership experience in retail, preferably in home furnishings
• Proven history of exceeding sales targets through leadership, strategic execution, and customer engagement
• Proficiency with Mac OS, iOS devices, Microsoft Office, and Google applications
• Flexibility to work a dynamic schedule across operational hours
• Ability to lift and move items up to 50 lbs and perform prolonged standing, bending, and other physical tasks
