Summary

As a Manager, Sales - Housewares/Furniture, you lead the sales floor for housewares and furniture categories, driving sales performance and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You coach and develop sales associates, manage merchandising and inventory initiatives, and collaborate with leadership to meet financial targets. This role focuses on creating a curated, client-focused environment and ensuring visual standards are maintained.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve category sales goals, KPIs, and service standards.
• Drive conversion, average transaction value, and customer engagement through floor leadership and coaching.
• Oversee merchandising, visual presentation, and product placement for housewares and furniture.
• Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and coordinate with receiving and planning teams to maintain availability.
• Execute promotions, events, and clienteling initiatives to grow business and retain clients.

Requirements

• 4+ years of retail management experience, preferably in home furnishings or housewares.
• Proven leadership and coaching skills with the ability to develop sales associates.
• Strong customer service focus and ability to drive a client-centric sales culture.
• Ability to analyze sales metrics and implement effective action plans.
• Flexible schedule availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
