Cosmetics Counter Manager

Summary

Lead the cosmetics counter team to deliver exceptional client experiences while driving sales and maintaining merchandising standards. Oversee daily counter operations, inventory control, and execution of promotions in partnership with brand partners. Coach and develop beauty advisors, ensuring strong product knowledge and clienteling. Maintain a clean, well-stocked counter and ensure compliance with store policies.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and schedule a team of beauty advisors to meet sales and service goals.
• Manage daily operations including inventory oversight, visual merchandising, and product presentation.
• Collaborate with brand partners and corporate teams to execute promotions, launches, and trainings.
• Drive clienteling efforts through consultations, follow-up, and relationship building to increase repeat business.

Requirements

• 4+ years of retail management or cosmetics counter experience with proven sales leadership.
• Strong clienteling, merchandising, and product knowledge in beauty and fragrance.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
