Outlet Store Leader - Irvine Outlet

Summary

The Outlet Store Leader will provide strategic and operational leadership for the Irvine Outlet, driving execution, team development, and a high-energy customer experience. This role is responsible for setting strategy, ensuring operational excellence, and fostering a People First culture across the store. The leader will also champion profit protection, quality standards, and visual presentation to support the Outlet vision.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and inspire store teams to deliver performance-driven results and excellent customer experiences
• Manage hiring, development, performance management, and career transitions in partnership with Field Leadership and People Team
• Ensure visual presentation and operational standards align with brand and Outlet quality expectations
• Oversee profit protection activities including risk management, security, cash controls, inventory management, and audits
• Analyze business performance, identify opportunities, and drive initiatives to achieve results
• Support and implement company rollouts and operational changes while providing feedback and follow-up

Requirements

• 5+ years of leadership experience in retail, preferably in home furnishings
• Strong leadership, communication, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Commitment to quality with meticulous attention to detail and proficiency with Mac, iOS, Microsoft Office, and Google apps
• Willingness to travel periodically and work a dynamic schedule across operational hours
• Ability to lift and move items up to 50 lbs and perform prolonged standing, bending, stooping, and other physical tasks
