Beauty Counter Manager - Fashion Island

Summary

The Beauty Counter Manager leads the assigned beauty brand counter by delivering personalized makeup and skincare experiences while driving sales. This role balances selling and teaching, builds customer relationships both in-store and digitally, and manages counter operations and vendor partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Perform makeup applications and skincare analyses, recommending products to meet customers' beauty goals
• Set and achieve personal and counter sales goals using in-store and digital selling tools, including text and social media
• Schedule and execute vendor events and promotions and maintain strong vendor relationships
• Manage sales transactions, refunds, exchanges, and open new customer rewards accounts
• Maintain counter presentation, organization, and cleanliness and stay current on product and industry trends

Requirements

• Passion for beauty, including makeup application and skincare, and strong customer service skills
• Ability to connect with customers, handle concerns empathetically, and foster a positive team environment
• Strong multitasking, organization, and follow-through with ownership and accountability
• Drive to achieve sales goals and willingness to use networking and technology for selling
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends and ability to stand and move continuously with occasional lifting up to 25 pounds
