Associate Store Director - Valley Fair Mall

Summary

The Associate Store Director leads department managers and the store sales team, supporting the Store Director to achieve sales targets and KPIs while promoting the Balenciaga brand. They ensure operational compliance, oversee day-to-day store activities, and report business results to HQ. The role also focuses on talent development, clienteling excellence, and protecting store assets and standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead Department Managers and sales team to meet quantitative and qualitative goals and KPIs
• Support the Store Director in floor coverage, visual merchandising, client service, and daily operations
• Analyze daily, weekly and monthly results and report findings to HQ and the store team
• Manage opening/closing procedures, payroll processing, schedules, petty cash reconciliation, and inventory activities
• Develop, coach and retain talent through briefs, one-to-ones and development plans
• Ensure Balenciaga clienteling standards, supervise sales interactions, handle client complaints and drive loyalty initiatives
• Maintain store safety, security and compliance with company processes and guidelines

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of managerial experience managing at least 10 people
• Significant sales experience in luxury retail with proven team leadership
• Strong clienteling, interpersonal and communication skills
• High organizational ability, attention to detail, adaptability and responsiveness
• Product and fashion sensitivity and proficient digital skills
