Associate Store Director - Valley Fair Mall

Summary

The Associate Store Director supports the Store Director in driving sales, client experience, team development, and store operations. This role leads department managers and helps ensure the store meets business goals while maintaining brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business results, monitor KPIs, and implement action plans to achieve store goals.
• Develop and motivate department managers and sales teams through coaching, feedback, and goal setting.
• Oversee clienteling, service standards, client satisfaction, and loyalty-building activities.
• Manage daily store operations, staffing, scheduling, inventory, payroll, and compliance with company processes.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in a managerial position, leading a team of at least 10 people.
• Significant sales experience in luxury retail and successful team management experience.
• Strong client service, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Fashion and product sensitivity, adaptability, and digital skills.
