Responsibilities- Adhere to and motivate others to follow work instructions.
- Complete equipment calibration and setup, and promptly communicate maintenance issues to the Supervisor.
- Proactively identify quality, process, and workflow problems, informing the Supervisor of any outstanding or recurring issues.
- Participate in the training of Associates, mentoring new hires and cross-training associates as necessary.
- Actively communicate and share information and expectations with the Supervisor, participating in team meetings and focus groups.
- Demonstrate a positive attitude, treating all associates with respect and dignity.
- Support management decisions and assist the Team Leader and Supervisor in executing their duties.
- Maintain a clean, safe work area and notify the Supervisor of potential safety or health issues.
- Support, follow, and monitor all safety requirements, providing immediate feedback where necessary.
- Maintain adherence to company policies.
Requirements- High School Diploma or GED.
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
- Ability to prioritize, maintain organization, and meet strict deadlines.
- Reliable in attendance and punctuality, including breaks and lunch periods.
