Associate Visual Merchandising - 57th Street

As an Associate in Visual Merchandising at the 57th Street New York Flagship, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the brand image within the boutique. Your efforts will enhance the client experience and support the selling process, working closely with the Boutique Director and Regional Visual Merchandising Manager.

• Expedite the selling process by changing mannequins, replenishing items, and making display substitutions as needed.
• Act as the point of contact for the store in the absence of the VM Lead.
• Support the Operations team with product preparation for floor moves and collection launches.
• Update digital photo files and maintain documentation of window items for reference.
• Assist in the implementation of events, sales, and seasonal installations.
• Communicate effectively with the boutique selling team and management.
• Work independently with minimal supervision.

• Minimum 2 years of related experience in retail operations, display, and merchandising.
• Basic knowledge of computer software and digital photography.
• Minimum associate degree, preferably in a fashion-related major.
• Ability to work on a ladder and lift 30-40 lbs.
• Flexible schedule with availability for late nights, weekends, and holidays.
