Associate, Visual Merchandising - Bellagio

Summary

The Associate, Visual Merchandising maintains the boutique's brand image while elevating the client experience and supporting sales. This full-time, in-store role reports to the Boutique Director and supports visual merchandising execution and boutique operations.

Responsibilities

• Support selling activities by changing mannequins, replenishing products, and making display substitutions as needed.
• Serve as the store's visual merchandising contact when the VM Lead is unavailable.
• Prepare products for floor moves and collection launches, and maintain digital photo files and window-item documentation.
• Assist with events, sales, seasonal installations, corporate events, and other boutique initiatives.
• Communicate effectively with the selling team and management, and work independently with minimal supervision.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of related experience and basic knowledge of retail operations, display, and merchandising.
• Experience with basic computer software and digital photography.
• Associate degree preferred, ideally in a fashion-related field.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and client experience skills.
• Ability to work on a ladder, lift and move items, and work late nights, weekends, and some holidays.
