Responsibilities
- Drive day to day business to achieve daily weekly and monthly sales goals
- Proactively focus on the customer in all decisions and represent brand expectations
- Support company and store initiatives and participate in team training
- Utilize multiple shopping channels and new technology to drive results
- Engage in networking to begin building a clientele
- Provide ongoing feedback to management on successes opportunities and category needs
- Ensure sales floor and all store standards are met at all times
Requirements
- Retail or similar industry experience in a complex high volume or high profile specialty environment preferred
- Effective communication skills with customers and store personnel
- Ability to operate the register stand move and walk for multiple hours
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and maneuver around the sales floor stock areas and office
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days evenings weekends and possible overnight shifts and travel
- Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers management and co workers
