Job Description

Summary

As a Back Of House Supervisor you will ensure the seamless flow of merchandise from delivery to the sales floor while leading back-of-house operations and supporting the sales team. You will manage receiving, pricing, tagging, stockroom organization, and replenishment to uphold brand standards and visual presentation. The role includes training and coaching store team members, driving process improvements, and enforcing compliance with operational and safety policies.

Responsibilities

  • Receive, unpack, inspect, price, tag, and stage merchandise for sales floor or stockroom.
  • Coordinate replenishment activities, execute price updates, reticketing, RFID association, and EAS application.
  • Maintain stockroom organization, lead resets and reorganization projects, and manage ISOS reports and UPH targets.
  • Support sales floor by conducting stock checks and delivering requested merchandise.
  • Lead operational training, provide coaching and performance feedback, and assist with talent acquisition.
  • Collaborate on visual merchandising changes to ensure alignment with brand standards.
  • Enforce company policies and support risk management and health and safety compliance.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of retail supervisory experience preferred.
  • Strong leadership, communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of retail operations, POS systems, and Microsoft Office; comfortable with technology integration.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs., move around sales floor and stockroom, and work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, and weekends.
