As a Beauty Advisor at our Apothecary in Greenwich, you will be responsible for providing an elevated client experience through personalized assistance and expert knowledge of the beauty industry. Your goal will be to achieve sales targets while enhancing the shopping experience for each client.

• Achieve and exceed individual and department sales goals.
• Provide dynamic service and maintain a positive image as a brand expert.
• Engage with clients through social media to grow personal brand and business.
• Offer professional make-up and treatment consultations and applications.
• Cross-sell products to enhance client purchases.
• Maintain client information using online clienteling tools.
• Ensure counter standards are met by maintaining a clean and welcoming space.
• Participate in ad hoc responsibilities as needed.

• Minimum 1 year of retail experience in the beauty industry.
• Proven successful sales experience, achieving or exceeding goals.
• Comfortable using social media and technology for client engagement.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build client relationships.
