The Breitling Sales Associate acts as a brand ambassador, providing exceptional service to elevate the customer experience. As an expert in product and service, you will exceed customer expectations and meet sales goals.

• Meet or exceed store goals and personal KPIs.
• Develop and maintain client relationships to drive sales.
• Follow Breitling's sales techniques and service standards.
• Maintain professional appearance and adhere to dress code standards.
• Assist with inventory and special projects as needed.
• Perform opening and closing store duties.
• Maintain visual standards as directed by corporate and management.
• Communicate openly with store management, peers, and corporate.
• Participate in training new sales associates when requested.

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in luxury retail, including high-end watch sales.
• Proven success in client service in a luxury environment.
• Strong organizational, communication, and follow-up skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple demands.
• Results-oriented and self-motivated.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends.
• Computer proficiency required.
