Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed individual, vendor, event, and department sales goals.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience through product consultation, application, sales, and follow-up.
• Build customer relationships and record client information and preferences using clienteling tools.
• Maintain counter cleanliness and merchandising standards.
• Work effectively with team members and serve as a liaison with the designated account executive.

Requirements

• At least one year of retail experience, preferably in a customer-focused cosmetics environment.
• Demonstrated sales success, including exceeding quotas.
• Ability to provide professional makeup and treatment consultations and applications.
• Strong communication, organization, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to learn and use online clienteling tools and software.
