Summary

The Beauty Advisor provides exceptional customer service while building sales and lasting client relationships for the Dr. Sturm beauty line. This role delivers consultations, supports facial events, maintains the counter, and uses clienteling tools to grow individual business.

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual, vendor line, event, and department sales goals.
• Build customer relationships and provide expert product consultations and applications.
• Record client information and preferences using online clienteling tools.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming counter and follow up with customers.
• Work effectively with team members and the designated account executive.

Requirements

• At least one year of retail experience, preferably in cosmetics or a customer-focused environment.
• Demonstrated successful sales experience, including exceeding quotas.
• Ability to provide professional makeup and treatment consultations and applications.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and initiative.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a fast-paced team, and learn proprietary software.
