Summary

The Beauty Advisor provides personalized customer service and drives sales for fragrance and beauty products. The role builds customer relationships through expert product knowledge, consultation, and clienteling.

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual, vendor, event, and department sales goals.
• Build customer relationships and deliver an exceptional experience from consultation through follow-up.
• Use clienteling tools to record customer information and preferences.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming, and properly merchandised counter.
• Represent the department and maintain effective relationships with account executives and team members.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail experience, preferably in a customer-focused cosmetics environment.
• Demonstrated successful sales experience, including exceeding quota.
• Ability to provide professional makeup and treatment consultations and applications.
• Ability to use online clienteling tools and work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail, initiative, organizational ability, and business judgment.
