The Beauty Advisor provides personalized customer service and product expertise while building relationships and driving sales for the assigned beauty line. The role supports sales goals, clienteling, consultation events, and a welcoming, well-maintained counter.

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual, vendor, event, and department sales goals.
• Build customer relationships and provide professional makeup and treatment consultations.
• Use clienteling tools to record customer preferences and follow up with clients.
• Maintain a clean, tidy, and welcoming counter and represent the brand professionally.
• Work collaboratively with team members and the designated account executive.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail experience, preferably in a customer-focused cosmetics environment.
• Demonstrated sales success, including exceeding quotas.
• Ability to provide makeup and treatment consultations and applications.
• Strong communication, organization, attention to detail, and customer service skills.
• Ability to use clienteling software and work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
