The Beauty Advisor provides personalized customer service and drives sales for the La Prairie beauty line. The role builds customer relationships, offers product and treatment consultations, and maintains a welcoming counter environment.

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual, vendor line, event, and department sales goals.
• Develop customer relationships and deliver an exceptional experience from consultation through follow-up.
• Use clienteling tools to record customer information and preferences.
• Maintain a clean, tidy, and well-merchandised counter.
• Coordinate with the brand account executive and store team.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail experience, preferably in customer-focused cosmetics.
• Demonstrated successful sales experience and ability to exceed quotas.
• Professional makeup and treatment consultation and application skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail, initiative, organization, and ability to learn clienteling software.
