Responsibilities

• Achieve individual, vendor line, event, and department sales goals.
• Build customer relationships and deliver a strong experience from product approach through sale and follow-up.
• Use clienteling tools to record customer information and preferences.
• Maintain a clean, tidy, and welcoming counter and collaborate with team members and the account executive.

Requirements

• At least one year of retail experience, preferably in cosmetics or a customer-focused environment.
• Demonstrated sales success and ability to meet or exceed quotas.
• Professional makeup and treatment consultation and application skills.
• Ability to multitask, work independently and collaboratively, and use online clienteling tools.
