Summary

The Beauty Advisor provides personalized beauty consultations and customer service while growing individual and vendor sales. This role builds lasting client relationships, supports sales events, and maintains a welcoming, well-merchandised counter.

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual, vendor, event, and department sales goals.
• Develop client relationships and record customer preferences using clienteling tools.
• Provide makeup and treatment consultations, product applications, and sales follow-up.
• Maintain counter standards and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Work with team members and serve as a liaison with the designated account executive.

Requirements

• At least one year of retail experience, preferably in customer-focused cosmetics.
• Demonstrated successful sales experience and ability to exceed quota.
• Professional makeup and treatment consultation and application skills.
• Ability to use clienteling software and work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail, initiative, organization, and business judgment.
