Beauty Advisor

As a Beauty Advisor at Saks Fifth Avenue in Atlanta, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building sales volumes, and maintaining customer relationships. You will work under the direction of the Cosmetics Selling Manager and focus on in-house training programs, facial consultation events, and maintaining a well-merchandised counter.

• Achieve and exceed individual and vendor line sales goals.
• Maintain high levels of customer service and develop excellent customer relationships.
• Utilize Saks Fifth Avenue's clienteling system to drive business and maintain client information.
• Ensure a clean and welcoming selling area at the counter.
• Model Saks Fifth Avenue Principles in all customer interactions.

• Minimum 1 year of retail experience, preferably in cosmetics.
• Proven successful sales experience, exceeding quotas.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Proficiency in online clienteling tools and software.
• Strong attention to detail and initiative.
• Professional make-up and treatment consultation skills.
