Responsibilities

• Achieve individual, vendor, event, and department sales goals.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience through consultations, product application, sales, and follow-up.
• Build and maintain client relationships using the clienteling system.
• Keep the selling area clean, tidy, and welcoming.
• Represent the store professionally and collaborate with team members and account executives.

Requirements

• At least one year of retail experience, preferably in cosmetics or another customer-focused environment.
• Demonstrated sales success, including exceeding quotas.
• Ability to provide professional makeup and treatment consultations and applications.
• Strong customer service, communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to use online clienteling tools and work independently and collaboratively.
