Beauty Advisor

As a Beauty Advisor, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, building sales volumes, and maintaining customer relationships. You will work under the direction of the Cosmetics Selling Manager to achieve sales goals and maintain a properly merchandised counter.

• Achieve and exceed individual and vendor line sales goals.
• Maintain a high level of customer service and develop excellent customer relationships.
• Utilize Saks Fifth Avenue's clienteling system to drive business and maintain client information.
• Participate in in-house training programs and pre-booked facial consultation events.
• Maintain counter standards by ensuring a clean and welcoming selling area.

• Minimum 1 year of retail experience, preferably in a cosmetics environment.
• Proven sales experience with a track record of exceeding quotas.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently.
• Professional make-up and treatment consultation skills.
