Commission Sales Associate - Womens Shoes

Join our team as a Commission Sales Associate in the Women's Shoes department at our Chestnut Hill location. You will be responsible for driving sales and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

• Drive sales by engaging with customers and providing personalized service.
• Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices.
• Recommend, select, and help locate or obtain merchandise based on customer needs and desires.
• Ensure the sales floor is well-stocked and organized.
• Process payments and handle customer transactions accurately.

• Previous retail or sales experience preferred but not required.
