Beauty Advisor

As a Beauty Advisor at Saks Fifth Avenue in Miami, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, building sales volumes, and maintaining strong customer relationships. You will work under the direction of the Cosmetics Selling Manager and collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a well-merchandised counter.

• Achieve and exceed individual and vendor line sales goals, as well as event and department sales goals.
• Provide outstanding customer service and develop excellent customer relationships as the brand expert.
• Utilize Saks Fifth Avenue's clienteling system to drive business and maintain client information.
• Maintain counter standards by ensuring a clean and welcoming selling area.
• Participate in in-house training programs and pre-booked facial consultation events.
• Model Saks Fifth Avenue Principles and act as a liaison between the store and designated Account Executive.

• Minimum 1 year of retail experience, preferably in a cosmetics environment.
• Proven successful sales experience, exceeding quotas.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with minimal supervision.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trust quickly.
• Proficiency in using online clienteling tools and software.
• Professional make-up and treatment consultation and application skills.
