Responsibilities

• Achieve individual, vendor, event, and department sales goals.
• Provide makeup and treatment consultations, product application, and attentive service throughout the sales process.
• Build and maintain customer relationships using clienteling tools to record preferences and follow up.
• Keep the counter clean, organized, and welcoming, and collaborate with team members and brand representatives.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail experience, preferably in cosmetics or a customer-focused environment.
• Demonstrated sales success, including experience exceeding quota.
• Strong customer service, communication, organization, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and learn clienteling software.
• Professional makeup and treatment consultation and application skills.
