Summary

The Beauty Advisor delivers personalized customer service and drives sales for the Tom Ford beauty line. The role builds lasting customer relationships, supports sales goals, and maintains a welcoming, well-merchandised counter.

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual, vendor line, event, and department sales goals.
• Provide expert beauty consultations and an exceptional customer experience from product application through sale and follow-up.
• Develop customer relationships and use clienteling tools to record client information and preferences.
• Maintain a clean, tidy, and welcoming counter, and work effectively with team members and the brand account executive.

Requirements

• At least one year of retail experience, preferably in cosmetics or another customer-focused environment.
• Demonstrated successful sales experience, including exceeding sales quotas.
• Ability to provide professional makeup and treatment consultations and applications.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and initiative, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to learn and use clienteling software and other proprietary tools.
