Responsibilities

• Develop seasonal sales strategies and achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
• Build client relationships and deliver product consultations and applications.
• Hire, train, coach, and develop team members while setting goals and supporting accountability.
• Oversee merchandise processing, inventory accuracy, transfers, returns, markdowns, and price changes.
• Maintain store audit standards and coordinate communication and operational priorities.

Requirements

• At least one year of retail experience; client-focused sales experience and beauty experience are preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and experience developing direct reports.
• Collaborative, highly motivated, and results oriented, with strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable with technology and strategic planning, including setting and managing goals.
• Ability to perform product consultations and applications.
