General Manager

Summary

The General Manager leads the Manhasset boutique, elevating the client experience and driving business performance. This role develops an empowered team, builds client relationships, and ensures operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business data and create action plans to maximize sales and profitability.
• Lead client development, outreach, in-store events, and clienteling activities.
• Coach, recruit, train, and develop the team while setting and communicating sales targets.
• Partner with planning and merchandising teams to optimize product performance and manage stock.
• Oversee store operations, reporting, budgeting, payroll, and compliance.
• Ensure exceptional Made to Measure service and provide product training.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or a comparable client-focused leadership environment.
• Proven ability to coach, manage, and inspire high-performing teams.
• Confidence using digital tools and CRM systems, with an understanding of how data informs action.
• Strong communication, adaptability, and strategic-thinking skills.
