Summary

Responsibilities

• Develop seasonal sales strategies and achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
• Hire, train, coach, and develop team members while setting goals and supporting performance.
• Oversee inbound and outbound merchandise processing, inventory accuracy, markdowns, price changes, and vendor returns.
• Ensure compliance with store audit standards and coordinate store communications and operational workflows.

Requirements

• At least one year of retail experience, preferably in a client-focused sales environment.
• Leadership experience developing direct reports; beauty experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong collaboration, teamwork, motivation, and attention to detail.
• Ability to conduct product consultations and applications, use technology, and set goals through strategic planning.
