Outlet Operations Leader

Summary

Lead the stock team and ensure efficient, accurate outlet operations. Partner with cross-functional teams to maintain inventory integrity, uphold safety standards, and support exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Train the stock team on safety protocols and inventory policies.
• Oversee merchandise receipt, processing, storage, and movement to the sales floor.
• Maintain inventory accuracy, monitor operational metrics, and drive process improvements.
• Coordinate product release to delivery partners and customers, and manage designated product destruction according to company policies.
• Ensure customer and delivery partner interactions meet service standards.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of retail leadership experience, preferably in home furnishings.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency with Mac operating systems, iOS devices, Microsoft Office, and Google applications.
• Experience with inventory management systems and processes.
• Adaptability, resilience, and flexibility to work across operational hours.
• Ability to lift and move items over 100 pounds using appropriate equipment and safety techniques, and perform the physical demands of sales floor and stockroom work.
