The Beauty Concierge provides welcoming, helpful service to customers in the cosmetics area. This role answers product and store questions, supports store operations, and connects customers with salespeople.

Responsibilities

• Greet and direct customers, assist with cosmetic inquiries and products, and provide other services.
• Share information and directions about the cosmetics area with customers and employees.
• Support store operations as a resource for customers and employees while maintaining confidentiality.
• Make deliveries to customers and connect customers with salespeople through suggestive selling.

Requirements

• Communicate clearly and professionally with coworkers and customers.
• Prioritize multiple tasks, work with urgency, and demonstrate sound decision-making and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Remain in continuous movement for 6-8 hours per shift and perform frequent bending, twisting, squatting, flexing, and reaching.
• Use hands frequently to grasp, manipulate, push, and pull; lift items up to 10 pounds regularly and up to 25 pounds occasionally.
