Customer Service Representative - Ala Moana

Summary

Provide friendly, solutions-focused service throughout the customer experience. Support returns, exchanges, order pickup, transactions, and customer inquiries while building strong relationships with customers and teammates.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer needs and own interactions from start to finish.
• Resolve customer concerns, returns, and exchanges with empathy and sound judgment.
• Process transactions and ticketing accurately using POS and store systems.
• Support order pickup inquiries and promote loyalty initiatives, tools, and services.
• Protect customer information and train new employees on POS and register procedures.
• Contribute to a positive, team-focused environment.

Requirements

• Strong relationship-building, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with operating systems such as MS Windows, iOS, and Android.
• Ability to train others, prioritize tasks, and follow through in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to move continuously for 6-8 hours per shift, handle merchandise, and lift items up to 25 pounds occasionally.
