Responsibilities

• Greet and direct customers and assist with cosmetic inquiries, products, and other services.
• Provide customers and employees with information about the cosmetics area.
• Support store operations as a resource for customers and employees.
• Maintain confidentiality and make deliveries to customers.

Requirements

• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and coworkers.
• Suggestively sell and connect customers with salespeople.
• Prioritize multiple tasks and use sound decision-making and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Meet physical requirements, including continuous movement during shifts, frequent reaching and bending, and lifting items up to 25 pounds occasionally.
