The Beauty Concierge provides exceptional customer service in the cosmetics area, assisting with product inquiries, directing customers, and supporting store operations while maintaining confidentiality and handling deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Greet and direct customers and assist with cosmetic inquiries and products
• Provide information and directions regarding the cosmetics area
• Support store operations as a resource for customers and employees
• Suggestive sell and connect customers to salespeople
• Make deliveries to customers as needed
• Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information
• Prioritize tasks and act with a strong sense of urgency in a fast paced environment

Requirements

• Clear and professional communication with coworkers and customers
• Ability to suggestive sell and connect customers to sales staff
• Strong decision making and problem solving skills
• Physical ability to continuously move for 6 to 8 hours per shift
• Frequent bending, twisting, squatting, reaching and use of hands for fine manipulation
• Ability to lift regularly up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds
• Prior retail or customer service experience preferred
