Summary
Provide world-class service to guests at the Gallery, represent the brand through polished communication and professionalism, and support smooth front-of-house operations including greeting, check-in and concierge functions.
Responsibilities
- Greet and engage clients as they enter the Gallery delivering exceptional service
- Answer guest questions about Interior Design Services and connect them with appropriate Associates
- Manage check-in for design appointments and restaurant waitlist and provide coat and umbrella check
- Provide occasional concierge service and handle valet validation
- Set up and break down the Gallery host station and monitor gallery areas for cleanliness and safety
- Assist with onsite and offsite events as needed
- Provide feedback on guest comments or escalations to leadership
Requirements
- 2+ years of related experience
- Willingness to learn new tasks and services
- Energetic, accountable and team oriented
- Reliable, dependable and responsible with ability to multitask
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand or walk for extended periods
