Gallery Host - Fashion Island

Summary

Provide polished, guest-focused service as the primary point of contact in the gallery, supporting check-in, wayfinding, and concierge functions while maintaining a clean and safe environment that reflects the brand.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage clients enthusiastically upon arrival
• Manage check-in for interior design appointments and restaurant waitlist
• Provide wayfinding, coat and umbrella check, and occasional concierge services
• Validate valet tickets and assist with guest parking logistics
• Set up and break down the gallery host station daily
• Monitor gallery areas to ensure cleanliness and code compliance
• Assist with onsite and offsite events as needed
• Answer guest questions and connect them with appropriate associates
• Report guest feedback and escalations to leadership

Requirements

• 2+ years of related experience
• Energetic, accountable and team oriented
• Reliable, dependable and responsible
• Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
• Willingness to learn new tasks and adapt
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand or walk for extended periods
