Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and directing customers, assisting with cosmetic inquiries and product needs, supporting store operations, maintaining confidentiality, and making deliveries to customers while working in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and direct customers on the sales floor
• Assist customers with cosmetic inquiries and product recommendations
• Suggestive sell and connect customers to salespeople
• Support store operations as a resource for customers and employees
• Make deliveries to customers as needed
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality
• Prioritize tasks with a strong sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

• Clear and professional communication with coworkers and customers
• Ability to suggestively sell and connect customers to sales staff
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Physical ability to move continuously for 6-8 hours and perform bending, twisting, squatting, flexing and reaching
• Ability to lift and handle items regularly up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds
