Summary

Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and directing customers, assisting with cosmetic inquiries and supporting general store operations. Maintain confidentiality and perform occasional deliveries to customers while working in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and direct customers to appropriate products and services
• Assist customers with cosmetic inquiries and product selection
• Suggestive sell and connect customers to salespeople
• Support store operations as a general resource for customers and employees
• Make deliveries to customers as needed
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality regarding customer information
• Perform continuous movement tasks including bending, twisting, and reaching

Requirements

• Clear and professional communication with coworkers and customers
• Ability to suggestive sell and refer customers to sales staff
• Strong sense of urgency and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
• Decision-making and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
• Physical ability to move continuously for 6-8 hours per shift
• Frequent use of hands for grasping and fine manipulation
• Ability to lift regularly up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds
