Summary

As a Service Concierge you deliver service excellence in a luxury retail environment by welcoming clients, discovering visit purpose, guiding the client journey, and performing limited administrative and transactional duties to support the client experience.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and determine purpose of visit
• Guide clients through their in-store journey
• Assist with returns and curbside pickup
• Manage buy online pick up in store and change requests
• Handle cash pickups and other transactional duties
• Swiftly manage escalated customer issues and partner with leadership
• Regularly partner with Client Advisors for appointments and client engagement
• Promote in-store activations events services and benefits

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience
• Experience in customer service or hospitality
• Ability to promote products and services effectively
• Familiarity with retail and mobile technologies
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings weekends and holidays
