Responsibilities
- Greet and direct customers and assist with cosmetic inquiries and product information
- Provide knowledge and directions related to the cosmetics area
- Support store operations as a general resource for customers and employees
- Suggestive sell and connect customers to salespeople
- Make deliveries to customers as needed
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Prioritize tasks and respond with a strong sense of urgency in a fast paced environment
Requirements
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with coworkers and customers
- Demonstrated ability to suggestive sell and refer customers to sales staff
- Strong decision making and problem solving skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
- Physical ability to be in continuous movement for 6 to 8 hours per shift
- Frequent bending, twisting, squatting, reaching and use of hands for grasping and manipulation
- Ability to lift regularly up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds
