The Beauty Counter Manager leads sales and service for an assigned beauty brand at the store counter, combining selling and teaching to maximize results. This role delivers personalized makeup and skincare consultations, builds customer relationships both in-store and digitally, and drives counter performance through goal setting and vendor collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses, recommending products to meet customers' beauty goals
• Set and achieve personal and counter sales goals using in-store and digital selling tools, including text and social media
• Manage scheduling and execution of vendor events and promotions and maintain strong vendor relationships
• Handle sales transactions, refunds, and exchanges and open new customer loyalty accounts to build repeat business
• Maintain counter organization, cleanliness, and a customer-ready presentation

• Ability to connect with customers, handle concerns empathetically, and contribute to a positive team environment
