Summary

Lead sales and customer experience for an assigned luxury beauty brand at a department store counter, combining personalized consultations, makeup application, and digital selling to meet business goals. Manage vendor relationships and coordinate events while maintaining a clean and welcoming counter environment. Work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends and perform physical tasks associated with retail merchandising.

Responsibilities

• Provide makeup applications and skincare analyses tailored to customer needs
• Recommend products and achieve personal and counter sales goals
• Use in-store and digital tools including text and social media to build customer relationships
• Manage scheduling and execution of vendor events and promotions
• Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to drive business results
• Handle sales, refunds, exchanges and enroll customers in rewards program
• Keep the counter organized, clean and customer-ready
• Stay current on beauty trends and product knowledge through trainings
