The Beauty Counter Manager leads sales and customer experiences for an assigned beauty brand, blending retail selling and teaching to drive results. This role manages counter operations, vendor relationships, and executes events while providing personalized makeup and skincare consultations to build customer loyalty.
Responsibilities
- Perform makeup applications and skincare analyses and recommend products to meet customer goals
- Set and achieve personal and counter sales goals using in-store and digital selling tools including text and social media
- Manage scheduling and execution of vendor events and promotions
- Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to maximize business results
- Handle sales transactions including sales refunds and exchanges and open rewards accounts
- Collaborate with team to create a welcoming and inclusive environment
- Maintain department organization and cleanliness to keep it customer ready
- Stay current on beauty trends and product knowledge through trainings
