Summary

The Beauty Counter Manager creates personalized beauty experiences and maximizes sales for their assigned beauty brand through in-person and digital selling. This role combines sales, teaching, and customer service while managing vendor events and maintaining counter presentation to drive customer loyalty and results.

Responsibilities

• Provide makeup applications and skincare analyses tailored to customer goals
• Set and achieve personal and counter sales goals using in-store and digital tools
• Manage scheduling and execution of vendor events and promotions
• Build and maintain strong vendor and customer relationships
• Handle sales transactions including refunds and exchanges
• Maintain counter organization, cleanliness, and customer readiness
• Stay current on beauty trends and product knowledge through trainings
• Use networking and technology to grow customer following

Requirements

• Passion for beauty, makeup application, skincare, and customer service
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to connect with customers
• Strong multitasking, organizational, and follow-through abilities
• Drive to achieve sales results in a commissioned environment
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
• Physical ability to stand and move for 6-8 hours per shift
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally and handle merchandise
