Responsibilities
- Perform makeup applications and skincare analyses for customers
- Recommend products to achieve customers beauty goals
- Set and achieve personal and counter sales goals using in store and digital tools
- Manage scheduling and execution of vendor events and promotions
- Build and maintain strong vendor relationships
- Handle sales transactions including refunds and exchanges
- Open new customer accounts and build customer loyalty
- Maintain department organization and cleanliness
- Stay current on beauty trends and product knowledge
Requirements
- Passion for customer service and beauty including makeup application and skincare
- Excellent ability to connect with customers and handle concerns
- Empathy and respect during customer interactions
- Strong multitasking, organization, and follow through skills
- Drive to achieve sales goals and willingness to use networking and technology
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
- High level of ownership, accountability, and initiative
- Experience working in a commissioned sales environment preferred
