Responsibilities

• Provide makeup applications and skincare analyses, and recommend products based on customer goals.
• Set and achieve sales goals using in-store and digital selling tools, and build customer loyalty.
• Coordinate vendor events and promotions, and maintain strong vendor relationships.
• Keep the department organized and customer-ready while staying current on beauty trends and products.
• Support an inclusive customer experience and collaborate with team members.
