Summary

The Beauty Counter Manager creates personalized beauty experiences and maximizes sales for the Jo Malone counter. This role combines customer-facing sales and beauty education while building customer loyalty in store and through digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses, and recommend products based on customer goals.
• Set and achieve personal and counter sales goals using in-store and digital selling tools.
• Manage vendor events and promotions, build vendor relationships, and keep the department organized and customer-ready.
• Handle sales, refunds, and exchanges, and build customer loyalty through Nordstrom Rewards enrollment.
