Summary

The Beauty Counter Manager delivers personalized beauty experiences while driving sales for the assigned luxury beauty brand. This role combines customer service, product education, and counter leadership in a commissioned retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses, recommending products based on customers' goals.
• Set and achieve personal and counter sales goals using in-store and digital selling tools.
• Manage vendor events and promotions, and maintain strong vendor relationships.
• Build customer loyalty, process sales and returns, and keep the department organized and customer-ready.
• Stay current on beauty trends, products, and industry knowledge through training.

Requirements

• Passion for beauty, customer service, makeup application, and skincare.
• Strong customer connection, communication, multitasking, organization, and follow-through skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to move continuously during shifts, use hands frequently, and lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
